Requirements & Rules
We take great pride in our business & want to make sure our units are kept pristine for you to enjoy
- Renter must must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license: All drivers must be 25 years old and must be listed on the contract when you pick up the unit.
- Security Deposit: $500 - $1,000 depending on travel trailer
- Holidays: We do not allow pick up, drop off or delivery on major holidays, all rentals must be picked up, dropped off or delivered at least one day prior to holiday.
- Walk-Thru/Training: When you pick up the unit we will complete a pre-rental orientation of the unit that will take about 20 minutes to an hour depending on any prior experience you have with an RV. Picking up an RV is not like picking up a rental car so please plan at least 30 minutes for this when you make your plans.
- Pets: We love our furry family members, please ask about our pet friendly unit! Otherwise, we do not allow pets in our units.
- Tow Vehicle: If you are towing one of our units, your vehicle must meet tow requirements for unit rented i.e. weight, proper hitch, brake controller, etc. You must tow at safe speed and follow all state towing laws.
- Pick up, Drop off and Delivery Times: These may vary, times to be agreed upon between Always an Adventure RV Rentals & Renter. Please note, we do not allow pick up, drop off or delivery in the dark.
- Fee for Late Returns: Late returns will be subject to a $50 per hour late fee.
- No Smoking: Smoking (including cigarette, cigar, marijuana, vaping, etc.) in the unit forfeits your entire security deposit. Please note, we understand that campfire smells might be lingering upon return.
- No Drugs (including marijuana): Any evidence of the storage, transportation, or use of illegal substances will forfeit your entire security deposit.
- No Climbing on Roof: Sure it might look like fun to climb up on the roof but for insurance purposes and safety purposes we do not allow this.
- Repairs: Please DO NOT MAKE ANY REPAIRS to the unit, if something happens, even if it's something small, please call us. If evidence of repair is found you will forfeit your entire security deposit and may be subject to additional charges for proper repairs. WE ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO HELP VIA PHONE!
